An Australian CD EP release made up of 5 tracks taken from 3 different recording sessions. The earliest is 'The Desperate Hopeful' taken from the Loosen Up CD. Then 'Pretty Suicide' from the UK Non Fiction 7" single release. Finally 3 new recordings, 2 of which, 'Trash The Given Chance' & 'This Train Terminates Here' were previously unreleased. 'Fade' was available on the Fear & Loathing free 7" single.

Up until the release of Born To Loose, this was the only record that featured the track 'This Train Terminates Here'.
